All of my co workers hated this job and this company and the environment was so toxic they did not last for over 6 months. Love the products not the company or people at all
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better at training, supervision, and being upfront. They are full of empty promises too. My co workers all hated working here. Even had past workers come to me and say they hated working here and never been happier quitting

Highly understaffed and undertrained. This company never addresses painpoints of what is going right or wrong. They only care about promoting products and gaining exposure. They don’t care about their own employees at all. I experienced such a toxic environment and was left burnt ou
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I learned that one of my co workers were on a different paying rate than others for the same exact position. Equality is not there and being way underpaid for the amount of work required. And highly understaffed but managers refuse to put more people at the front when customers complain we need help
