Mr. Jeff Johnson serves as Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Primacy. Mr. Johnson serves as Executive Vice President and General Manager of The Cramer-Krasselt Co., Inc. Mr. Johnson served as Vice President of Boston and Managing Director of Boston at Primacy since March 2010. He served as an Executive Vice President of The Cramer-Krasselt Co. and as its General Manager of New York office since July 17, 2006. He served as Chief Creative Officer of BigBad, Inc. He was directly responsible for developing the award winning team of strategists and user experience and design professionals that solidified BigBad's national reputation. He has worked with numerous clients in higher education and healthcare across the country, including Danbury Hospital, Miami University, Harvard University, Shields Health Care Group, The University of Tulsa and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Mr. Johnson served as the President of Hourglass Consulting - New York from 2005 to 2006. He served as the President andChief Executive Officer of 22squared, Inc. from 1999 to 2005. Mr. Johnson was also Vice President and Structure Division Marketing Director for The Limited from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Johnson served as an Executive Vice President and Managing Partner of Wells Rich Greene BDDP - New York from 1991 to 1996, where he managed the Chase Manhattan, Hertz, American General and New York Stock Exchange accounts. Mr. Johnson was an Executive Vice President , Account Director and Director of Strategic Planning at Scali, McCabe, Sloves, working with clients such as Volvo, Nikon, Chase Manhattan and Western Union from 1985 to 1991. He then became Director of New Business Development for Wells, helping to pioneer that agency's international strategic philosophy of Disruption. In addition, Mr. Jones has worked as Vice President and Consumer Behavior Director for J. Walter Thompson from 1983 to 1985. From 1982 to 1983, he worked at Gallo Winery - Modesto, Calif. as Marketing Manager, New Product Development. Over the past year, Mr. Johnson established Hourglass Consulting where he focused on positioning, strategy and business development for clients like the U.S. Department of Defense. He also wrote a non-fiction book, The Hourglass Effect, which features social commentary on the psychological hurdles facing the boomer generation. He is a thought leader in the interactive field and has spoken at conferences nationally including with AMA, GMAC and CASE organizations as well as moderated panel discussions and Webinars. Mr. Johnson attended Williams College, where he received a BA in Psychology. Mr. Johnson earned his masters and doctorate degrees in social/personality psychology from New York University. He completed his undergraduate work at Williams College where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa/magna cum laude. He attended Massachusetts College of Art and Design where he majored in film and graphic design.
