Q&A With Primacy Employees
Primacy employees answer questions about what life is like behind the scenes at their company, including queries about culture, leadership, professional development, and compensation.
How employees describe working at Primacy
I used to love working at Primacy but the past year it has really taken a turn in direction. The goals of the company are not clear, benefits have been taken away, and the focus isn't on the building and retaining of top talent.
CEO just wants "yes" people and makes decisions about comptencies he doesnt quite understand now is he motovated to learn. Overall a poor president at a company that could use more expertise from the position. Wasted millions of company dollars opening an office in west palm so he could retire.

Does Primacy have any remote positions?
A few remote tech positions are grandfathered in. Seems that for Marketing, those that have asked for remote positions have been demoted or flatly turned down.
How does Primacy make decisions around promotions?
Promotions around junior staff is decently aggressive in creative, UX and Tech. Project Managers seem not to get promoted as often.
How's the vacation policy at Primacy?
Depends on your negotiation skills. Seems that most employees have a standard 3 weeks for PTO (in sickness and in health). There are no summer Fridays.
