Not to many companies offer Equity shares, mostly it is only for executives. Even the field/salesforce do earn equity shares. That says a lot for Primerica!

I get paid exactly what I deserve and I can work harder to make more.

The best part is that it is determined based on how much effort you're willing to put into it.

Bonus, PTO planned and unplanned time

You're earning potential is based upon the hours you put in

You're paid to do the right thing for the clients and their families. Eg Adequate coverage for the entire family, Mom Dad and Child Riders for all children under 18yrs.

The fact that Primerica pay overrides is awesome and the effort you put in you get paid for that hard work

I want to solicit health benefits to employees and health benefits to the field workforce and to clergy of Primerica Advising and Financial Services and its subsidiaries.

Pay during training, and not charge us or rip us off for every little thing

Pay the current rate for the position according to the market. Only so many employees may be given high-performance marks tied to annual Salary increases. Meaning most people on a team are dinged for small infractions to keep spending low on salaries.
