Being able to help families. We assist individuals that big banks do not even give the time of day to. To see families thrive is rewarding. Protecting families from loss, is what I love most. My dad was a death claim and I joined the company because how they assisted my mother.

Leadership never acknowledges mistakes. Leadership blames others and encourages others to look for blame as well. Leadership is all too happy to throw their own people under the bus.
