Be more discriminate in hiring people. Make some kind of attempt to find people that have the skills to succeed. Stop the numbers games.

Typically no communication between agents. Meetings never helped because the same few "top performers" did nothing but talk about themselves during the many meetings held each week.
My coworkers are fine, nothing they need to improve. Many of them are great people and even greater workers.

There is no real support. Over and over they brag about the support agents receive, but there is none.
Removal of all deception and inconduitive false prophecy because incinduitive false prophecy cannot get better only worse.
More communication top down. Middle management is bad at best when it comes to sharing corporate strategy or coaching.

Leadership never acknowledges mistakes. Leadership blames others and encourages others to look for blame as well. Leadership is all too happy to throw their own people under the bus.
