They mentor me every step of the way, provide educational resources and are always available whenever I have questions or concerns including nights and weekends

The leadership team always makes decisions in the best interest of the salesforce. In addition to that, they are always working on making the company better for the newest person
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You can get bonuses on your efforts the harder you work the more your compensated
It's the same as any other independent business
Everything is amazing that Primerica pays us
That I control my income on a monthly basis. Residuals, bonuses, equity, and no commission cap
The earning potential is wonderful. Even on the low end, we average out with a decent hourly wage. Though not hourly, I like to break it down that way.

Everyone comes from a good place of wanting to help the undersreved middle income families achive financial freedom in these pressing times we live in
