They check our compatibility with company values and give us time to work through the problem rather than just give them solutions as real world problems are not just solved within a day. They need critical thinking skills which are tested in this interview process.
Straight forward, sent emails regarding what to expect and how to prepare to be successful in the interview, prompt response to my follow up emails checking on the status of interview results.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It needs to be streamlined. It's way too bureaucratic with all the silly layers of people you interview with, half of whom aren't even people you'll ever interact with.
