Operations and system gaps throughout daily 401k
Prioritizing issue management and not applauding itself.
The leadership team is not transparent enough. They seem to think they have to have everything pinned down perfectly before sharing anything.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Performance based bonus each year

Learn to value their skills rather than their position in the organization. You are not your position. You are your ability to add value.

Just because someone is in charge doesn't mean you ignore high turn over and complaints

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It needs to be streamlined. It's way too bureaucratic with all the silly layers of people you interview with, half of whom aren't even people you'll ever interact with.
