- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Better communication with clients. Such as asking about parking. Do you have a comfortable set including a a comfortable surface to place equipment, a chair, pets saftey, lighting and electrical outlet. Be more realistic about timing and allocation of traffic and provide an allotment of setting up.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The team us effective at handling conflict.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Raising services pricing and a higher commission for the stylist, as well as an option to tip.
