We do monthly team outings that help bridge the gap between teams that don't work closely on a daily basis.

Everyone gets along really well, has a good sense of humor but also takes great pride in the work they do. We get a lot done and have fun while doing it!
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the progress each department makes every week at our Friday Show and Tell meeting allows time for everyone to stay in the loop on what each department is doing and appreciate each other's hard work.
