Getting to meet with each of the execs and get an understanding of where the company is headed from day one.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not a lot of ego, everyone is very friendly and collaborative. The team works hard to nurture an environment where everyone feels comfortable speaking their mind and voicing concerns
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of laughs and good conversation. We do team lunches and things like that to build camraderie. Everyone gets along cross departments and there's always music playing in the office
