The People Ops team here deserves a ton of credit. It feels like every week there is something going on to bring employees together. It's not "forced fun", it's activities that speak to different people's interests and get people excited about being part of Privy.
What makes you most happy at work?
We are trying to do big things at Privy. Chasing massive growth with a product that customers genuinely love to use and see real results from is a unique experience. At best, you'll get one of those things at most companies. Privy really is the complete package.
