Leadership needs to listen to employees more and quit being so worried about their own bonuses.

The employees at Probuild are paid less than employees at other stores doing the same job. The employees should be making a minimum of $10.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Supervisors need to quit playing favorites.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Again favoritism shown to certain employees who don't do their jobs as effectively as others.
