What is the best part about your compensation package?

Procore really takes care of their people. from base salaries to all benefits and perks.

All of the benefits are excellebt.

Decent comp package overall, good benefits

Base salary is fine. RSUs are nice.

Fair pay, fair equity, fair benefits

It is great. Stock options and pay are very competitive.

Above and beyond benefits. Mix of base pay and equity for compensation.

I'm fairly new but I came on-board due to stock options and the possibility for future growth potential. The medical plan is also very good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am not paid for all my job titles

I have yet to be promoted although I have held several roles. There need to be more levels for employee growth and a more clear path for advancement.

Get top talent at or above the 50th percentile

I would feel better if the promotion process were clearer and if the leveling guidelines were clearer. As things stand, it's unclear who gets a promotion /raise, when they get it, or why.

Compensation has not kept pace with comparable markets and exploits the fact it is the "best game in town".
