I've come from the Financial industry so I was always used to a lot more formal and rigid structure. This experience has been a total 180 degree shift for the better for me. The values and culture is a lot more aligned with mine. I love it and excited about what's ahead.

Approachable, open and supportive. They solicit feedback on the approaches and plans before implementing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are a lot of sharp, friendly and supportive colleagues in my area and in other functional areas.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm excited about the projects that I'm working on and how they could positively affect the organization. The challenges are good challenges.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm fairly new but I came on-board due to stock options and the possibility for future growth potential. The medical plan is also very good.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was consistency in the communication and I was shown a lot of respect throughout the process. They didn't just focus on my skills but were interested in who I was as a person and if I would fit in their culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Attention to getting related with each other. The Get to Know You lunch program is an example where the company culture places importance in getting related and developing affinity for each other. There is a real genuine focus on inclusion and diversity.
