What are some of the best things about your team?Some of my team members are great. Some are not so skilled but somehow are valued by senior leaders. Maybe because they've been with Prognos from the start and there's some blind loyalty.
What do you like best about the leadership team?My boss is great but always marginalized by less smart people above. Sad really
What makes you most happy at work?My coworkers are what keeps me enthusiastic about the company
What would you improve about your company's interview process?The people who interview rarely know how to do it well. There are no tests of skills and hardly any training to improve.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?We've lost some major partners lately because we don't do what we promise. Leaders need to really SEE what's happening with existing contracts instead of chasing the next easier buck.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Process improvements. Staff improvements. Leadership improvements. Strategy and execution. I could go on but why
