My boss is great but always marginalized by less smart people above. Sad really
Very transparent, collaborative, smart and approachable
What I like best about the leadership team is they are very transparent with company goals and the status of the business. They also are very open to suggestions from various levels in the org.
The leadership team is diverse, collaborative, and transparent.
Strategic planning for the longer term
Lack of communications and compassion. Leadership doesn't know their employees very well and as a result, do not see them for their true potential and do not value them for what they deserve.
Learn how to run a business. For now they behave in "chase the shiny object" manner. No ability to plan for solid mid term and long term planning.
Base salary and bonus structure
Health benefits are reasonable; salary acceptable.
The salary is very competitive for my role
Bonus and how it is calculated
Pay is okay. Benefits are less than okay. They say they care about morale and send surveys but never act on the feedback.
One ex, most employees doing 2 or more jobs so it is very silly to say we have unlimited vacation when you cannot even affoes to take one day off.
Some of my team members are great. Some are not so skilled but somehow are valued by senior leaders. Maybe because they've been with Prognos from the start and there's some blind loyalty.
They are collaborative and enthusiastic
They are curious, creative and easy to work with.
My team is hard-working, friendly, and fun to be around
When we get together even if leader of the meeting is disorganized, someone steps up and helps the group focus and get facts on the table and decisions made.

The company has a culture guide that guides the employees
We have a Culture Guide and that is very detailed
The culture guide and our company values
Prognos lives by our values and guiding principles. They are part of everything we do
Process improvements. Staff improvements. Leadership improvements. Strategy and execution. I could go on but why
The leadership and management are the source of problems.
Hire to the values and enact rewards on that. Don't let bad eggs stay and foster ill will.
Conversations during the interview are generally pleasant.
Clear plan for first second third interviews etc. Many were with video so very convenient.
The process went quickly and the communication was seamless
variety of people I meet with, different types of questions to assess my cultural fit with the organization
The people who interview rarely know how to do it well. There are no tests of skills and hardly any training to improve.
My coworkers are what keeps me enthusiastic about the company
My co-workers make me happy
The company leaders are great at recognizing employees via the Quarterly Awards
Completing projects successfully and satisfying clients
We've lost some major partners lately because we don't do what we promise. Leaders need to really SEE what's happening with existing contracts instead of chasing the next easier buck.
As mentioned, the leadership and management are the source of problems. People with greater expertise are often managed by people at a questionable level; this is definitely not helpful.
