I JUST received Gainshare, which after taxes was $3k. How amazing is that?! We're a team, and we do the best we can to help increase our Gainshare, but it's a bonus. I didn't earn this on my own. Healthcare is amazing, 401k as well. I received 2 raises in one year. Give them 100%, you get 1000%.
I just received part of my Gainshare bonus. It was 3k AFTER taxes. I have great health care, 401k, and have received bonuses every month that I've been eligible to receive them. AND I've received two raises since starting a year and a couple months ago.

The health insurance plan is lacking as they don't have a plan that has a copay. They only have a $0 copay plan, which sounds good but is worse as you have to pay 80% of doctors visits and 100% before the first $600.
Vacation time. You get a lot.
Change health carriers far too often, and coverage & cost oout of pocket geys worse with each change, hating what next years looks like.
The compensation isnt keeping up with the world around us. Benefits are costing more but pay doesnt keep up so every year you have less.

I feel undervalued because nobody acknowledges the incredibly high amounts of stress and anxiety that call center employees experience. We are on those phones all day essentially answering questions easily found with a quick internet search and doing transactions that Agents should be able to handle
