OPEN DOOR POLICY SO YOU CAN TALK TO ANYONE.
Great advociates for the emolouee
They keep you informed about what is going on with the business.
Overall they are personable but they could care less about the well being or success of their team.
The leadership team has an open door policy and they want you to come and talk to them.
Caring about the members of the team
Listen to your employees and hear what they are saying . Customer service is impressive but so is the mental health of your employees
Review from Customer Support Dept
Leadership needs to be better at helping employees managing work life balance and assignment of work in general. The work assigned to individual employees is overwhelming and unrealistic
Review from Customer Support Dept
Leadership team needs to communicate better amongst itself. A person hired as a Supervisor Intern should not be given unmonitored control over his or her team. The whole purpose of an internship is to learn the job and see if it's a good fit. It's inefficient having an intern manage an employee.
Review from Customer Support Dept
everything about them needs to get better
Review from Sales Dept
THE BENEFITS ARE VERY AFFORDABLE
The benefits are slightly above parity.
Review from Sales Dept
Amazing benefits to use as a employee
The benefits are reasonvly priced
Good Wages and good profit sharing and bonus.
Change health carriers far too often, and coverage & cost oout of pocket geys worse with each change, hating what next years looks like.
The compensation isnt keeping up with the world around us. Benefits are costing more but pay doesnt keep up so every year you have less.
too much work for too little pay
Because of the good old boys club and politics
Review from Admin Dept
I feel undervalued because nobody acknowledges the incredibly high amounts of stress and anxiety that call center employees experience. We are on those phones all day essentially answering questions easily found with a quick internet search and doing transactions that Agents should be able to handle
Review from Customer Support Dept
They are good to work with
They are very knowledgeable of the work they do (Risk Management) and take care of our customers,
company culture is good and collaborative
We get along great and help out when needed.
Smart motivated all pulling towards common goal
More time set aside for engagement
Worry less about diversity and inclusion and more about work product and productivity.
Worst place worst keaders and managers who promote harrassment discrimination at workplace
work place politics and witch-hunting makes it hard to speak in meetings
improve quality of work and have an uniform standard
Remote working is amazing with no threat of returning to office
The other workers not managers
They keep you informed on what is going on and what we need to do to improve the company.
Everyone in every department makes others feel welcome and part of one equal team.
The people are the most positive.
Leadership needs to change before the culture can.
Review from Sales Dept
Increase employees and decrease the claim distribution
Worst place worst keaders and managers who promote harrassment discrimination at workplace
fairness and lack of harassments and discrimination
Trqin everybofy to help each othef instead pf accusation
It is STAR-based interviewing, so as long as the interviewer is trained properly, the process is equitable.
Review from Sales Dept
The video interview and being offered a high position
interview was a breeze, just be prepared to answer questions in STAR format.
The interviewer and the questions. It was smooth and you don't feel intimidated. You feel welcomed from the time you step through the doors.
They're targeting what's important; behavior. When they ask you for a STAR example, they don't care about the situation or task, they want to know your thought process, and what you did to get the result. It's great, because you might have had a bad experience, but if you learned from it, share it.
They expect internal employees to meet every requirement on a job posting before your manager will "approve" you to apply
streamline the interview process down
You typically know who will interview you and sometimes they are terrible people that HR should have fired years ago.
Inexperinced managers and leaders who are interviewing
inexperienced managers and leaders who hire and interview candidates
Contributing to the overall success of the company and working with my business partners.
Review from Sales Dept
Speaking to different people everyday.
Helping people makes me happy.
Having the chance to build successful organizations within a dynamic and growing company.
My coworkers make my work day great.
Train your compaby to help new employees
Unfair treatment, unwillingness to bond and constant lack of recognition
people in leadership do not understand the agent perspective and how it operates
The supervisors show favoritism and those individuals get help to be promoted
Review from Customer Support Dept
The work load is unbearable
Review from Customer Support Dept
gainshare - and some sense of flexibility to complete goals
better interaction and more follow up with employees on the strengths/opportunities
