Coworker should share experiences and successes, and how they accomplish them, rather than keeping them a secret, and it being competitive like a game
Very siloed org. Everyone just blames each other and nothing ever gets done. Shared resources mean you have to fight to get your projects prioritized no matter how important they are to the business. A lot of backbiting and immaturity.
They are concerned about you and help you to be a better worker.

It seemed disorganized and I was asked some inappropriate questions about my personal life.
Leaders have no integrity and deceive employees.
Actually listen to what your teams are telling you. Choose a course that makes sense. Stop the secrecy and dramatic changes in company goals and vision. Define what it is you want and justify it so everyone can buy in.
The new ops manager seems to hate me..constant negative everything from her, she only likes her clique and the rest are targets, I try to stay invisible but she goes out of her way to make the work environment awful
