What is the best part about your compensation package?

Very robust benefits package and rewards.

Comprehensive and meets my personal needs.

Higher base salary than what I had

all of it is great

The overall benefits are fairly standard if slightly above average, my favorite part is the amount of healthy food that is supplied. There is always a variety of fruit and nuts in the kitchen, healthy catered breakfast on monday and lunch on friday. I've saved a ton of money on food living in NYC

Very fair/commensurate with industry standards

The pay and benefits are great! You work hard and are compensated fairly.

Equity and annual bonuses are the best part of the package.

Every employee receives equity and a bonus. We are also a pay for performance culture.

We offer our own fertility benefit and just added a 401k match for this year.

Showing people appreciation comes in many forms and the biggest way to tackle inequity amongst not only women but also people of color would be to create open space for them to share their concerns with you and actionable steps would be immediately taken to address the concern - not fluff promises.
