Get paid bonus based on my performance

I feel undervalued, because I am doing manager duties but making the same amount as the normal TCA's. What would make me feel better about my compensation is if they pay more. $11 an hour isnt much when you have bills to pay and inflation happening in the world right now.

Just a mere 6% raise after 1.5 years and again after a year there is no raise

I love how we can get along at work and also outside of work. We go out to eat and make plans. We have crafting dates after work where we just craft while just being in each others company.

They are supportive sometimes, not all the time though

The Candidates they put a smile on my face everyday

I love how everyone is so nice and how caring we are with the candidates. We know that they have other things on they mind and yet we try and to get them to not think so hard about it . Breath. Take each question at a time and you got. We motivate each other and candidates as well.

The managers do not get involved in you personal lives, this is what I like the most. After hours, they don't say anything to you and they don't expect anything from you, until you have to meet a deadline

It was like any other interview. Asked me about myself and do I know what a TCA does, also about availability.

There are just 2 rounds, not very difficult and not too easy, they just want to see if you'll stay for a longer period with the organisation or not

Nothing. What’s to like about an intervie

Interview was straightforward, and multiple interviews were done quickly

The two women that did my interview were very friendly and made me feel comfortable

Seeing the candidates faces when they pass their exam, or when a candidate says that we have made their testing experience a great one. Also, when they say that they have been to other testing centers and our testing center is by far the nicest. Now that puts a smile on my face.
