They have a lot of employee apprection events, every Wednesday or Thursday I forget what day but that’s so doughnut day, they do a crazy many cookout, and a couple of other things

The starting pay is $13.00 which is pretty low but for the easy work that you do I would say the pay is fair
What's the vibe like in the Customer Support dept at Prometric? How many hours are you working?
They vibe is cool and laid back, you will do an 8 hour shift between 8am and as late as 1pm depending on the department that you work in

The customer support team is laid back, it’s very easy work, you just need to have very strong attention to detail
How's the leadership on the Customer Support team at Prometric?
The leadership is terrible, they are uninformed and do not know how to do the job, nor do they know the rules they cannot assist if help is needed you have a better chance asking a coworker they are not even good when u get an escalated call
