What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is all inclusive - high salaries and competitive bonuses.
In my experience the company pays above average salaries when hiring and provides very competitive perks.
Having income on a schedule.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Get better tools so i don't work as many hours or review my salary to make up for additional workload and required additional hours when compared to colleagues....
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody on my team is willing to help out. If somebody is going to be out, everybody helps out without complaining. My team is smart and passionate about what we do.
Small team size is key!
I enjoy going into work every day because of the people I work with are both competent and fun to work with.
Our diversity, collaboration and enjoying each other’s company. Our creativity and can-do attitude. A real want to help the team members.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
work environment / atmosphere / office layout / monhtly bday parties and sweet Friday!
Breakfast Monday, Bagel Wednesday, Sweets Friday, and Monthly Birthday Parties all create a feeling of family more than work.

It includes a lot of people from the bottom levels to the top.
All day interview process allowed to meet various team members and get better idea of personalities and roles of interviewers!
