What are some of the best things about your team?Everybody on my team is willing to help out. If somebody is going to be out, everybody helps out without complaining. My team is smart and passionate about what we do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Get better tools so i don't work as many hours or review my salary to make up for additional workload and required additional hours when compared to colleagues....
