What makes you most happy at work?
Welch's Fruit Snacks is such a fun product to work with and I'm excited every day to help PIM achieve its goal of developing new brands that consumers love. My team is great and we all love what we do.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with all of the members of my direct team and could immediately tell we would get along well and I would enjoy working with them. It was more of a conversation and the team made me very comfortable.
