for working in this type of field area I feel we dont get paid enough and the tax deduction is way more than the tax deduction if we were working at any job on island. Living expense, Grocery, electric and gas on island is very expensive compare to the states. BUT I love my job!

our soc is paid lower than other socs . probably due to cost of living location but to be honest our gas currently at 5.56 per gallon while other soc locations are ranging about 4.19 per gallon yet we get paid half of what they get paid and we are doing the same work. but i love this job. thank you

Being an internal candidate seems to be a dis-advantage when moving to new roles, as the previous job title prohibits a "big jump" in compensation to the new role. Would like to see the critical impact available to employees.
