Leadership calls and townhalls with executives used to cover exciting innovations and why employees should be excited about the future of the company.. now everytime the Ceo and c suite hold meetings we all hold our breathe waiting to hear about culture impacting decisions.

One of our culture tenents is "Teamwork". Sadly, executives believe this is only appropriate for fire fighting and teams are strongly encouraged to work independently rather than collaboratively, which means lots of re-inventing the wheel (often poorly) and poor communication.
