What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are enthusiatic, interact with all levels of the organization, and communicate goals clearly.

I love the transparency exhibited during the weekly All Hands and other communications. Seeing the faces of the people that run the company is important and seeing them as real people and not just someone sitting on the top floor.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid well, but also appreciate the extras for emotional and physical wellbeing, the private pension fund and the personal wellbeing days.
