What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and willingness to admit when something is wrong and to course correct when needed
Sensible approach to management, very involved.
Strong ethics, great domain knowledge in our market. They are transparent and fun to work with and for.

The Team is incredibly collaborative and willing to help out when needed. We are also not wedded to ideas, so if we need to change something we are agile enough and have the autonomy to do so
