What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process was 4 hours and the company really put in effort to screen candidates to see who would be a good fit.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The most positive aspect of the culture is people. PROS makes sure their employees have fun! Our work is stressful so PROS looks for people who are a goo cultural fit.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The health benefits are plentiful. Trusted time off, additional holidays, pet insurance, and phone bill/metro/gym allowance. Dental and health plans are great for single/small families but if you have a large family it is expensive.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The best things about my team are the people. I am privileged to work with awesome developers and consultants who have lots of experience and are always willing to help. The company is really diverse and many people speak multiple languages.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is very friendly and they are all 'buddy-buddy'. There are some leaders who have been here so long they do not add value to the company/department. There are some key people who are excellent problem solvers, listen to employees and take action.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The work life balance in Professional Services is troublesome. Project Leads and IC's suffer from burn out and stress. For example, there were some people who left the department due to high stress and some folks had stress associated illness and had to take medical leave.
