The package is market and performance based.
The health benefits are plentiful. Trusted time off, additional holidays, pet insurance, and phone bill/metro/gym allowance. Dental and health plans are great for single/small families but if you have a large family it is expensive.

The work life balance in Professional Services is troublesome. Project Leads and IC's suffer from burn out and stress. For example, there were some people who left the department due to high stress and some folks had stress associated illness and had to take medical leave.
