What's the Business Development team like at PROS?
Some are good to great and have been there a while. Newbies seldom last a year. Too steep a learning curve and better opportunities elsewhere. Use linkedin to find out more. Many moved to Salesforce.
How's the leadership on the Business Development team at PROS?
Use linkedin to find out. You'll see that most heads last less than 12 months and that there is a huge churn in the rank and file in sales and BD. The product is old and outdated and difficult to demo and sell. They oversell to the outdated clients.
How much diversity is there among employees at PROS?
A lot of diversity at the junior level - they hire them cheaply and do not promote. NO diversity at the senior level (apart from some very recent hires). Several females heads of HR came, tried to improve things and left. The exec team is a frat club and scared of doing anything to upset the founder or the CEO.

The vibe varies widely from group to group. It's generally a happy place, but some groups do work very long days. I work 40-45 hours per week.
