I'm compensated fairly, and our bonus structure helps everyone share in the company's success. The bonus structure also flows further down in the organization than in places I've worked before.

There is a new openness and transparency around strategy and business priorities with our new CEO. It has become more of a team where ideas are championed to help drive new ways of doing business.
