What is the best part about your compensation package?
The wellness benefits -- onsite health clinic, gym, and teladoc. Definitely helps lessen impact on productivity.

I'm compensated fairly, and our bonus structure helps everyone share in the company's success. The bonus structure also flows further down in the organization than in places I've worked before.

The speed at which it progressed. I like that I received updates on how the company felt about the interview so I knew where I stood as I went through the process.
