It's pretty positive here. People seem to be largely upbeat, and when headcount is needed the management seems to be supportive of filling the gaps to keep people from drowning in work.

We have a lot of ways to be recognized, by peers and by leaders. Employees are very involved in planning events and activities. We have an annual summer beach party that's a ton of fun, a four-day weekend in August, and often the company decides to close between Christmas and New Year's.

In our RWC office it's a two-story building with an open seating plan. There are mid-level walls around desks, with quite a few conference rooms, phone rooms and huddle rooms to duck into if one needs to have a confidential conversation.
