What makes you most happy at work?I love knowing the work I do is to help people to have better health. That makes me happy, and the reason I joined Proteus. I also like working on something no company has ever done before. It's hard, but also rewarding. And I'm happy doing that with the people who are here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Our mission is to help people in the world to have better health, and our team embraces this. It runs through our culture, with people wanting to also help teammates, and work outside the lines to advance our work. It's very collaborative and very positive. People genuinely like working together.
What are some of the best things about your team?Diversity. Employees are experts in ingestible, wearable, mobile apps (IoS and Android), platform, Cloud, regulatory, quality, etc. There are doctors, pharmacists, nurse practitioners on our staff. And then there is the cultural diversity - there are like 25 languages spoken in our employee base.
Proteus Digital Health develops digital medicines that collect and aggregate various behavioral, physiological and therapeutic metrics.
