When I was hired the base salary initially discussed was reduced based on unknown factors. After 6 months my performance has exceeded that of others and I deserve to be compensated at or above the level of my teammates.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think being open to making new friendships is a huge thing. I have gone in the office and have been made to feel as if I am an outsider and that is never a good feeling. I work in Denver but this made me never want to go in.

We have ET members that are not contributors and are held to a different standard. Most work very hard, others seem to provide no value. We should restructure the ET to a critical few and manage out or layer down those resources

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leaders aren't good at managing time during meetings so they often run way over because of lateness. There is also a push for folks to go back to the office, but no real incentive to get us there.

Number 1 question is how will the company exit? Or will it IPO? Be acquired? Or can we invest and grow? Also we have a bottleneck in tech. We can show we have needs but they die in tech due to lack of investment.
