What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Leaders aren't good at managing time during meetings so they often run way over because of lateness. There is also a push for folks to go back to the office, but no real incentive to get us there.

Number 1 question is how will the company exit? Or will it IPO? Be acquired? Or can we invest and grow? Also we have a bottleneck in tech. We can show we have needs but they die in tech due to lack of investment.
