Stop fraudulent practices. Sales, Millie Walker told me the lot premium was $150,000, then she placed a small ipad with signature section only to sign. Later I found out she changed the quoted premium to $159,900. Among few more lies she stated “$150,000 was a ballpark for $159,900
The Colorado warranty and maintainence group leave a lot to be desired. We've had major leaks, otgher issues, & I will be writing to upper management. The motto "Pulte Makes It Right" has not yet proved to us that in COlorado they service homeowners as they did in California
