They never question when you need a day off or maybe a few hours during the day to handle urgent personal business. Very flexible
Our corporate foundation is really strong and does alot to promote Pure's culture. We also have good Employee Resource Groups to support employees who identify with various underrepresented groups. I enjoy participating in anything these groups do.
The teams are incredibly collaborative and I find there is a great work/life balance amongst most teams
Unselfish, hard working and they are all willing to help the team succeed, not just personal success.

We are extremely collaborative and we all chip in to get the job done. We also function very flat, with even more senior leaders being willing to help where needed
