Although Pure Storage is no longer a start-up, the company has done a great job working to keep the corporate culture feeling collaborative and inclusive. I also appreciate leadership's ability to admit areas of improvement and take steps to better ourself.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our corporate foundation is really strong and does alot to promote Pure's culture. We also have good Employee Resource Groups to support employees who identify with various underrepresented groups. I enjoy participating in anything these groups do.
