Better at acknowledging the work of people that are not in the "INNER CIRCLE".. Completely felt I was on an island during the lockdown .
Not the same company it once was.
Treating Czech nationals fairly compared to long-term expats. Finance expats like to brag about "American salary" in break room and that she would never work for czech korun. Everyone in room becomes unmotivated when she talks like this.

A lot of things starting with communication , collaboration , lot of work culture trainings
Direction needs to be clearly articulated down to everyone. Seems their was a lack of direction/focus / or communication to everyone.
A few bad apples making it miserable for others
Hold people accountable and make rewards less political.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The most visible rewards go to talkers instead of doers; executives are not held accountable for failures and employees are not rewarded for success.
