They spend time explaining the benefits of their product versus competition
I was able to meet with multiple people on the team and get a better perspective of what life is like at PureSpectrum.
The team really help make times to accommodate and were willing to meet in person, which gave me a feel for the environment.
It went very smoothly. The Interviewer was very calm and heard all answers patiently and it helped me to give all answers confidently.

Meeting a handful of people at various ranks within the company is both the most challenging and the most encouraging. It's a great way for the interviewee to learn about company dynamics, how roles interact in a strategic capacity and how the team emphasizes relationship building across the board.
Getting to know the people who worked at PureSpectrum and seeing their passion for what they do.
