Unlimited leave is a lovely benefit in theory. In reality given the workload it's difficult to take leave.

I wish I didn't have to pay privately for dental/vision insurance.

Leadership is a bit micromanaging. Need to delegate and trust smart people they have hired

Most of the team are lovely, very diverse team

We collaborate well together. No one feels like they are on an island

The team loves brainstorming, working together to accomplish the goals of the team and company and always making sure our OKR's are on pace.

We meet daily and resolve issues faced by other team members of our team.

They are nice people to talk to, they always help each other,

Employees are at the center of many decisions for the company. We are thought about and cared about.

We work hard, but we have a lot of fun. The team loves hanging out after work, going to the gym together across the street from the office and even happy hours. Our benefit package was improved this year really putting our families at the core of their decisions too.

The leaders of the company are very co-operative and they hear ideas and when necessary try to implement them in order to make work-space more comfortable for employees. No pressure from leaders to work tirelessly. We work in a very positive environment which helps in balancing our work-life.

Work culture is good as our leader doesn't force us to work (if it is not an emergency) after the day ends.

I was able to meet with multiple people on the team and get a better perspective of what life is like at PureSpectrum.

The team really help make times to accommodate and were willing to meet in person, which gave me a feel for the environment.

It went very smoothly. The Interviewer was very calm and heard all answers patiently and it helped me to give all answers confidently.
