Employees are at the center of many decisions for the company. We are thought about and cared about.

We work hard, but we have a lot of fun. The team loves hanging out after work, going to the gym together across the street from the office and even happy hours. Our benefit package was improved this year really putting our families at the core of their decisions too.

The leaders of the company are very co-operative and they hear ideas and when necessary try to implement them in order to make work-space more comfortable for employees. No pressure from leaders to work tirelessly. We work in a very positive environment which helps in balancing our work-life.

Work culture is good as our leader doesn't force us to work (if it is not an emergency) after the day ends.

Honestly, it's the pure positivity. You would think we only hire cheerleaders. Encouragement is shared across teams, you see countless "Great job!" messages each week, and I believe we all genuinely enjoy learning and growing with each other as individuals as the company as a whole grows with us.
