Even in a junior role I feel as if my team relies on my for the success of the company. There is a horizontal feel with regards to the leadership structure. I am able to share ideas, get advice and learn from all relevant leaders in the team. This is so conducive to learning.
The Executive Team knows the industry and has led teams in the space. Combine industry knowledge with a high social IQ and you have a great team to work with.
