Listening to the associates, and making sure their managers and directors (those put in charge of managing) know how to manage well.
give managers and directors more training. and make sure that they know how to have a life too and aren't workaholics.
managers/directors do not know how to manage. negatively affects work/life balance of associates-->more associates quit. more associates quitting leads to even more hours for the remaining associates. improve management style and less people will quit.
