It is a mix of positives and negatives. Since the last 2 years, I am in a team where I have been getting positive opportunities. Negative thing is the internal politics. People are expected to stay late to conform to a weird term - 'visibility'. Many employees don't have serious personal lives.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers were very frank so that I could open up easily.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do my kind of work which I love to do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a creative team of designers, animators & filmmakers and that brings oxygen.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While walking abreast with the current industry trends, they also share a vision for the future.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Cultural events are organised at frequent intervals which is a quite positive aspect. The work environment is business friendly, however, people tend to spend more time at office unnecessarily.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
PwC SDC does not focus on individual merits and the educational qualification that one possesses. New joiners are being paid much better these days while the salary of the senior members look meagre in comparison.
