the health insurance and school fees are costy
It's not the monitory compensation that is a concern here it's the attitude towards the employees, the management needs to realise that and go through a drastic change to create a better working environment which will surely be beneficial to the company
I do feel undervalued. We need to get paid more and not be treated like prisoners

As other companies do give their employees a token of appreciation month end or else yearly, i felt so embarassed to see learn that we don't get bonuses at Qatar Airways
Too much workload with same salary during Covid-19 pandemic. To get higher salary will be more reasonable
